Kenya’s Jaguar disses Rwanda’s Urban Boyz

JAGUAR & BOYS

NO COLLABO:Jaguar (L) with Urban BoyZ

Kenya’s self-proclaimed ‘richest artiste from the ghetto’ Charles Njagua Kanyi aka Jaguar is saying fans waiting for his joint with Rwanda’s Urban Boyz might have to wait indefinitely.

Jaguar told reporters in Kigali shortly before jetting off to Nairobi he recently turned down requests from the Rwandan group for a collaboration apparently because he seems to have high standards.

“I’m ready to record a song with any artiste but I don’t just rush to the studio without thinking about what I’m going to tell the world, that’s why I refused to record a song with Urban Boyz” WOW!! Urban Boys is not going to love this!!!

Jaguar had invited the Rwandan band to Kenya so the quartet can “we sit down together and think about the song before going to the studio” but obviously this hasn’t happened.

Jaguar was recently performing in Rwanda’s Mt Kenya University beauty pageant at Expo Grounds in Kigali.
The star’s hits Kigeugeu, Kipepewo and Kio are popular in the “Land of a thousand hills” but will Rwandans still enjoy his tunes after such digs at the home boys?
