Uganda’s dynamic duo, Radio and Weasel is set to thrill Rwandans as they mark 21 years of liberation this evening at Serena Hotel and tomorrow at Musanze in Northern Province.

The BET nominees are known in Rwanda for their epic performance whenever they show up on in the land of a thousand hills.

Speaking to this website shortly after touching down at Kigali International Airport Radio & Weasel promised an energetic concert.

Radio &Weasel boasted “we are physically fit, musically stronger and we are going to give them the best show ever with live band.”

Ugandan artistes are in town for “Kwibohora Concert” to join with Rwandans by partying the more than two decades of liberation from tyranny and Genocide..

Local entertainers Urban Boyz, legendary singer Mariya Yohani, Kid Gaju, Bruce Melody and Charly &Nina are expected to take turns performing to enthusiastic and mainly youth fans.

Mariya Yohani is the lady behind liberation themed hits like Intsizi (Victory), songs take back the hands of time to 1994 when the 1994 Genocide was halted and the Genocidal regime defeated.

Neera singers have had collabos with local musicians like Tom Close, Urban Boyz, Kid Gaju and Bruce Melody.
