US-based Rwandan R&B singer Meddy is due to headline at Rwanda day gathering in Holland next weekend.

Meddy is one of the Rwandan artistes who have been selected to lighten up things for Rwandan diaspora in the western European country.

He will travel from Dallas, TX, early next week to meet up with fellow singers Teta Diana and King James for rehearsals as the trio preps to KILL it.

Speaking to this website, Meddy couldn’t stop thanking his fans back home for much support even though he is not in the country.

“I’m thrilled to be invited to get together with my fellow Rwandans and I perform for them as well as sharing ideas about developing our country,” he said.

He also thanked Rwandan officials for supporting and believing in him all these years.

Rwanda Day is a special day for Rwandan community leaving abroad to share ideas related to Rwanda’s development and also party and mingle with the country’s top leaders including President Paul Kagame.

Meddy’s love songs like Igipimo, Oya Ma, Ese Urabona among others are beloved back home in the land of a thousand hills.

The singer moved to the States five years ago, and he hasn’t stopped doing his thing.
